Does anyone here use second-hand laptops? Any good dealers?

I’m lowkey broke, but I desperately need a laptop. I'm considering buying a second-hand one, but I'm afraid of getting scammed. Does anyone have experience with this? What should I look out for, and are there any reliable dealers around campus?
