KCSE gives you a snapshot of where you were academically on a specific set of days under specific conditions. It does not measure your ceiling. It does not measure your work ethic. It does not measure your creativity, your character, your ability to build relationships, or your capacity to grow. I have watched students with A's crumble in university because nobody told them hard work mattered more than natural ability. I have watched students with C's and D's build businesses, earn degrees, and change their families' trajectories completely. The grade opens some doors and closes others. That is real. But closed doors are not walls. They are redirections. What matters most right now is not the number on that result slip. It is the decision you make about what you do next. That decision is entirely yours — and it is the most important one you will make this year.
