I keep researching courses but I never actually decide anything. Is anyone else doing this?

I've spent three weeks researching. I have notes on Law, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, and Nursing. I know the entry requirements, the cluster points, the universities that offer each one, and the rough starting salary.
And I still don't know what I want to study.
The research feels productive but I think I'm using it to avoid making a decision. Because as long as I'm still "gathering information" I don't have to commit to anything and nothing can go wrong yet.
The portal is going to open soon and I'm going to have to click something. That thought is genuinely terrifying.
